At ssml2mp3.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Pro and Business Plans

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions:

  • If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, you can request a full refund
  • No questions asked, no conditions
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your initial subscription date
  • After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable

2.2 Prorated Charges

When you upgrade from Pro to Business (or vice versa), you are charged a prorated amount for the difference between plans. These prorated charges are non-refundable.

3. Free Tier

The Free tier does not involve any payments, so no refunds apply.

4. Service Outages

In the event of extended service outages or unavailability:

  • We will extend your subscription by the duration of the outage
  • For outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated refund
  • Scheduled maintenance does not qualify for refunds

5. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund is provided for the remaining time in your billing cycle
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier after the billing period ends

6. Violations and Abuse

If your account is terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or abuse of the platform, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day money-back guarantee period:

  1. Email us at support@ssml2mp3.com
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your account email and reason for the refund
  4. We will process your request within 2-3 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

8. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

  • Excessive refund requests from the same user (potential abuse)
  • Account violations or terms of service breaches
  • Fraudulent payment or chargeback attempts

10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing disputes.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
